- ellen marangos Added February 11, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Had the most exceptional customer service experience by one of the KOGARAH branch staff by the name of Vicki Russo. Vicki went above and beyond to help me set up accounts for my children. One thing that stood out the most was her call several days later to see if the cards arrived and when I’m free to bring my kids into the branch to show them how to use the ATM. I now realise why I have been with CBA since my kindergarten account days in 1985. It’s an honour to walk in to the branch and all the staff at kogarah greet you by your name.
- First Customer Reviews Added January 24, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst CBA branch. Thinking to pop in on a Wednesday on our day off to do a quick thing to get a better interest rate for savings. I did for myself that took 10 seconds at another branch. The person at the front had done it for me. This branch, extensive wait times. When asking the front worker she was quiet sassy "I don't have access" the fact so many branches closed down, I expect a simple task of getting a better interest rate for netbank should be simple.
